Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics (AMT) has extended its licensing agreement with Amgen so that it can use the US biotech's glial cell derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) gene to develop treatments for a wider range of CNS disorders such as Huntington's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
